Eluviant (formerly IntelexVision) and GVD, a Dublin-based value-added distributor of IP technology servingcustomers across Ireland and the UK, have announced a new commercialpartnership.

Through this partnership, GVD will make Sentry - Eluviant's videointelligence platform - available to its network of system integrators,alongside the IP video, access control, networking and storage brands italready distributes.

GVD has spent more than twenty years on IP technology projects of everysize, from single sites to complex multi-site deployments, and its team arecertified Milestone Professional Trainers. Given Sentry’s longstandingtechnology partnership with Milestone and deep integration with XProtect,teaming up with GVD for surveillance deployments covering both video managementand video intelligence just made sense.

Theseinclude crowd counting and density monitoring at large venues, perimeter andintrusion detection across critical infrastructure, fire and smoke detection,PPE compliance and tailgating detection at controlled entry points.
