New name. Same mission. Introducing Eluviant.

New name. Same mission. Introducing Eluviant.
A letter from Callum Wilson, Founder & Co-CEO of Eluviant (formerly IntelexVision):
When we started IntelexVision back in 2017, we set out to solve the ultimate paradox in surveillance. More than one billion cameras were watching the world 24/7. But most of them were not seeing it in any meaningful way.
Thanks to some of the brightest minds in AI, software development and security, we pioneered advanced video analytics and the architecture to deploy it at scale.
One of our biggest breakthroughs was our Unusual Behaviour engine. Rather than relying on pre-set rules or instructions, it learned what normal looked like across an environment and flagged anomalies that deviated from it.
For the first time, large enterprises could see what was happening across their operations with genuine completeness. Operators became dramatically more efficient, and our technology was surfacing events nobody had thought to look for.
We were encouraged, but not satisfied. This was just the end of the beginning. And it didn't take us long to realise that generative AI would prove us right.
Once again, we pushed further. We made a big early bet on generative AI and integrated it into our core platform.
With it, operators could query their entire video estate in natural language and extract virtually any insight from it in real time - a capability that did not exist in the industry before we built it.
It became clear that we had outgrown one category and created another. That video analytics was a stepping stone on the path, not the final destination. That seeing isn't enough, the true goal is understanding.
We had become a Video Intelligence company, with a clear mission: to enable every organisation to turn existing camera infrastructure into true operational intelligence.
Today, with the launch of Aurora Flow, our powerful new generative AI for video understanding and alert decisioning, we’re once again pushing at the limits of what’s possible with computer vision in enterprise-scale surveillance.
A company that continues to redefine the category it helped create deserves a name that reflects it. So we enter this new chapter as a global leader in Video Intelligence, with a new name and a new look.
We couldn't be prouder of what we achieved as IntelexVision. We couldn't be more excited about our future as Eluviant.
